I joined the Steve Madden corporation in their Montreal office and worked alongside the design director for Blondo. This Canadian brand is known for its waterproof leathers and for developing stylish winter boots.

As the footwear designer for the women’s line my mission at Blondo was to bring a youthful touch and revitalize the image to engage a younger clientele.

Attending trade shows and travelling to Europe for shopping inspiration were creative outlets to introduce novelty in the brand. Working at Steve Madden allowed me to grow my career in design and have a better understanding of developing styles according to the desired market.
